Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Conditions
  • Cancellation by Aurora Globe Tours: If we must cancel a tour due to a major force (e.g., severe weather), customers will receive a full refund.
  • Proven Illness or Major Force for No-Shows: Customers who miss a tour due to proven illness (a medical certificate may be required) or major force circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations) will be entitled to a full refund.
2. Customer Cancellations
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded unless covered by the conditions mentioned above.
3. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The refund process may take 5-7 business days, depending on the payment provider (e.g., Rapyd).
4. Non-Refundable Services

Some third-party services booked through our platform, provided by suppliers may be non-refundable, depending on the supplier’s policy. In such cases, Aurora Globe Tours will notify customers at the time of booking.
