Aurora Globe Tours operates day tours and private/customized tours within Iceland. We also resell services from well-known and reputable suppliers.
2. Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made through our website or via OTAs (Online Travel Agents).

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel tours up to 48 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded unless due to proven illness or a major force (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

In the case of cancellations by Aurora Globe Tours due to major forces such as weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.
4. Refunds for No-Shows

Customers who do not show up for a tour will not be entitled to a refund unless due to a major force or proven illness, in which case
a full refund will be provided.
5. Reselling and Third-Party Suppliers

Aurora Globe Tours partners, to offer additional services to our customers.

While we work with trusted partners, Aurora Globe Tours is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.
6. Liability

Aurora Globe Tours holds the necessary permits from the Icelandic Tourism Board and the Icelandic Transportation Authority.

We carry liability insurance for the protection of our clients during the tours.

Customers participate in tours at their own risk. Aurora Globe Tours is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by negligence or breach of rules during the tour.
7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by forces beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or government actions.

Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Conditions

Cancellation by Aurora Globe Tours: If we must cancel a tour due to a major force (e.g., severe weather), customers will receive a full refund.

Proven Illness or Major Force for No-Shows: Customers who miss a tour due to proven illness (a medical certificate may be required) or major force circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations) will be entitled to a full refund.
2. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded unless covered by the conditions mentioned above.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The refund process may take 5-7 business days, depending on the payment provider (e.g., Rapyd).
4. Non-Refundable Services

Some third-party services booked through our platform, provided by suppliers may be non-refundable, depending on the supplier’s policy. In such cases, Aurora Globe Tours will notify customers at the time of booking.
